Die mastermix XS 2K ist eine 2K-Kolben-Dosieranlage für die präzise Verarbeitung von Klebstoffen und Dichtstoffen in fest definierten Mischungsverhältnissen von 5:1 oder 10:1. Die A-Komponente wird kontinuierlich über eine hydraulisch betriebene Kolbenpumpe aus einem 200-Liter-Fass gefördert. Die B-Komponente wird über eine separate Kolben-Dosierpumpe aus einem 20-Liter-Hobbock zugeführt. Die Vermischung erfolgt über einen statischen Mischer und sorgt für eine homogene und zuverlässige Applikation.

Die Anlage ist für manuelle Anwendungen ausgelegt und eignet sich besonders für Einsatzbereiche, in denen konstante Mischqualität und einfaches Handling gefordert sind.
