Nase und Gaumen:

In der Nase ganz fein, mineralisch, gleichzeitig fruchtige Aromen, die an Kirsche und Veilchen erinnern, gefolgt von Waldboden, was eher einem Pinot Noir, als Garnacha gleicht. Am Gaumen ebenfalls Kirsche, kräftig und dunkel, Waldbeern und feine Tannine, gefolgt von ätherischen Noten. 

Infos zum Wein:

Bodegas Frontonio, benannt nach dem heiligen San Frontonio, steht für Weine mit Charakter und Herkunft. Gegründet 2013 von Fernando Mora MW und Mario Lopez, setzen sie auf naturnahe Produktion in hochgelegenen Weinbergen mit alten Reben auf Schiefer, Granit und Kalk. Ihre Weine entstehen in einer über 200 Jahre alten Bodega, fermentieren in Zement und reifen in großen Fässern, Amphoren und Glasballons. Das Ergebnis sind ausdrucksstarke, mineralische Weine, die die Natur und die Region widerspiegeln. Der Telescopico Garnacha 2020, ein Premier Cru Rotwein, überzeugt durch Feinheit, aromatische Vielfalt und eine elegante Mineralität. Mit 93+ Parker-Punkten ist er ein herausragendes Beispiel für die Qualität und Charakterstärke der Bodegas Frontonio. Seit 2021 ist die Bodega komplett öko-zertifiziert.
