Fenix HP30R V2.0 is a professional headlamp with separate battery case, powered by two 21700 Li-ion batteries. This headlamp is rechargeable via the USBC port in the battery case, and the battery can be used as a power bank to charge other devices. The dial switch allows you to switch between four white spotlight output levels, and three neutral white floodlight output levels. The spot- and floodlight can be switched on simultaneously to deliver a max output of 3000 lumens. The basics of building a business

This workbook is a companion piece to the book of the same name. It takes a start up entrepreneur through all the initial barriers to start up, methods to overcome barriers and fundamentals of starting up a business. I like the way it starts at the beginning of developing a vision and mission statement and continues to walk you through defining your ideal customer, goal setting, developing a unique value proposition and a business model canvas. It emphasises the importance of a SWOT analysis and having a sound financial plan. I like the way the workbook provides space for you to work through your own thought processes and financial plan for getting your business off the ground. It is a sound method to use for a person beginning their business journey to make sure they cover all the vitally important steps to starting their own business.
