Ingredients

• Dead Sea Salt: 100% All-Natural Dead Sea Salt, completely free of any fragrances or dyes
• Dead Sea Mud: Dead Sea Black Mud (Silt), Water, Aloe Barbadensis Gel (Aloe Vera), Vitamin E, Olive (Olea Europaea) Oil, Algae (Seaweed) Extract.

How to Use

1. For bath soak, add 1-2 cups of salt to warm running water depending on the size of your tub. Allow the salt to dissolve completely. Fill the tub with water not exceeding 96 °F (36 °C). Soak for 15-20 minutes. Rinse with water (no soap required).
2. Apply a thick, even layer to face and/or body. Leave on for 15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat dry.
3. For aching muscles and joints: Place your desired portion of mud in a heat-safe container and heat in a pan of warm water before use.
