The two-piece 0.24 oz/7 ml cup design disassembles for easy cleaning and siphon cut lid helps reduce paint build-up.

Put together - instructions are included but you really don’t need them - just screw the metal tube into the base. It’s heavy enough to hold the paper towels securely and ease to take individual sheets. I have one for quite some time now and just bought this one for my son and daughter-in-law.
