The third short story is about a shapeshifter named Roger and his friends who have been threatened by an evil dictator. Will Roger give the evil dictator the wand of power or will he be forced to watch his friends die?

The fourth short story is an excerpt from the novel, "Mokar", about a vampire princess who is being forced to marry a vampire she abhors. She intends to run away but will her slaves beat her to it leaving her behind?
