Mineralize is a specially formulated mix of divalent salts aimed at enhancing or restoring general hardness.
General hardness refers to the content of divalent metal cations in water. Typically, this includes mainly calcium and magnesium. Soft water contains a low level of dissolved divalent cations, while hard water has a higher concentration.

- Standard dosage increases GH by 1 meq/L (2.8 dGH)
DIRECTIONS:
To elevate the mineral content/general hardness (GH) by 1 meq/L (2.8 dH), add 5mL for every 40L (10 US gallons) when setting up your aquarium or during water changes (mix with new water). After that, apply once a week (or as necessary).
This dosage will increase GH by 1 meq/L (2.8 dGH).
Aim for a lower general hardness for soft water and a higher level for hard water.
