Laser-cut and CNC-bent .125-inch 4130 chromoly plate steel precision construction creates an incredibly strong package engineered for trucks running 0"–4" of lift. The critical pivot points are maintenance-free and extremely durable for long-lasting performance. The upgraded 1-ton spring-loaded high-angle heavy-duty ball joints provide improved articulation for leveled and lifted trucks while maintaining a confident, factory-like driving experience. These robust ball joints are designed to handle the added stress created by heavy aftermarket wheels and oversized tires.

To help protect the joint from harsh road debris such as salt and sand, ReadyLIFT upper control arms include CNC-machined billet aluminum caps that help extend ball joint life and durability.

Frame-side pivots feature proprietary ReadyLIFT TCT bushings that are self-lubricating and engineered for long service life. These bushings include "side-biter" washers that help maintain proper alignment settings while the free-floating inner sleeve design reduces friction, one of the most common causes of traditional bushing failure.
