How Grounding Works - Grounding connects your body to the earth's natural energy, which helps neutralize harmful free radicals. While standing barefoot outside is one way to ground, our indoor grounding mat allows you to connect to the earth using a grounded electrical outlet. Simple to Set Up- Setting up your grounding mat is easy. Just unroll the mat, snap the grounding cord into place in the corner, and plug the cord into a grounded outlet. The grounding mat does not utilize electricity. It is either grounded, or not grounded.

If testing with a multimeter, ensure it supports safety resistance up to 100,000 Ohms. Our cords are designed with a built-in resistance of 91,000 Ohms for your safety.
