Delivery instruction:
• Recipient name and HK contact no. need to be provided.
• Once the order has been placed, we will assume the delivery address is complete and accurate.
• Order will be returned to our shop if any unsuccessful delivery.
(Order could not be dropped off / Recipient details and delivery address are not clear and inaccurate/ Recipient unreachable)
• A re-delivery fee will be charged if confirmed re-delivery within the next 24 hours.
• A full order fee will be charged if confirmed re-delivery after 24 hours for our florist to make another fresh bouquet/arrangement.
