Polyesterhars wordt gebruikt bij het vervaardigen van
bijvoorbeeld jachten, spoilers, sculpturen etc. Polyesterhars verkrijgt
zijn sterkte door middel van een wapeningsmateriaal zoals
glasmat, kevlar of carbon. De hars kan toegepast worden op o.a.
steen, staal, polyester en epoxy zolang de ondergrond vetvrij en
ruw geschuurd is. Polyesterhars hecht niet aan
epoxy, polyethyleen en teflon

Gebruiksaanwijzing
Schuur het beschadigde deel en zorg ervoor dat deze droog, stof- en
vetvrij is.
Voeg harder toe ong. 2% max 4% ten opzichte van de polyesterhars.
Meer harder geeft een snellere uitharding. De verpakking van 250 en
500ml harden uitsluitend uit met een BP tube. Deze pasta dient u goed
tegen de wand van de mengbeker fijn te wrijven voor het verkrijgen
van een goede menging.
Breng de polyesterhars aan met een kwast, leg vervolgens het eventuele
wapeningsmateriaal in de polyesterhars.
Tamponeer het wapeningsmateriaal zodat deze doordrenkt wordt met
hars. Luchtbellen dient u te vermijden.
Zodra uitgehard kunt u de uitstekende vezels wegsnijden en het oppervlak
gladschuren en van een coating voorzien.
