Vinificatie / Rijping
● De fermentatie vindt plaats in inox vaten, gevolgd door een zorgvuldige maceratie.
● Daarna rijpt de wijn meer dan een jaar in Franse eiken barriques, wat bijdraagt aan zijn complexiteit en structuur.
● Een lange flesrijping zorgt voor een uitgebalanceerde en verfijnde smaak.
● De eerste jaargang werd geproduceerd in 1990.
● De wijngaard bevindt zich op 400 meter hoogte in San Martino sulla Marrucina (Colle Rosina).
● De bodem heeft een medium textuur, neigend naar zanderig, met een fijne grindstructuur.
● De opbrengst bedraagt 50 q/ha, en de wijnstokken worden geleid volgens de Guyot-methode.

Love these! As I write this review, I’m sitting in my recliner with these on. I have had other silicone socks in the past and would like to share a few of the things that I have learned.
