Na de koude inweking volgt de vergisting, en rijpt de wijn 12 maanden op Eikenhouten vaten. Hierna nog 4 maanden op RVS. De wijn is heel geschikt bij milde kaassoorten en gegrild wit vlees. Het domaine van Aurore Bachelet ligt ten zuiden van Côte de Beaune in Santenay. Een oase van rust en aan het historische en authentieke pand grenst een wijngaard.

Aurore is de dochter van Vincent Bachelet. Na haar studies wijnbouwkunde en oenologie heeft ze een enige tijd ervaring opgedaan in het buitenland.
Na haar terugkomst in de Bourgogne heeft ze een vijftal jaren samengewerkt met haar vader, voordat ze voor zichzelf begon.

Once it absorbs into your skin, it doesn't feel too sticky like some other sunscreens can. Just be aware that it will leave a white residue on your bathing suit if you get it on there, but I've always been able to wash it out and that's a small price to pay for proper sun protection!
