Selenium is an essentially important trace element in humans. Selenium Pro is specially formulated for ultimate absorption and bio-availability.

Selenium is an essential trace element that inhibits the oxidation of lipids (fat) and works synergistically with vitamin E to assist in the production of thyroid hormones and maintain healthy liver, pancreas and heart function.† It also serves as an antioxidant by activating glutathione peroxidase, an antioxidant enzyme that protects cell membranes from free radicals.†

Selenium Pro uses L-selenomethionine, a highly bioavailable, yeast-free form of organically bound selenium chelated with methionine to support glutathione activity. Unlike inorganic forms of selenium, Selenium Pro is not adversely affected by vitamin C.

Ingredients: Selenium (as L-selenomethionine) 200 mcg

Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetarian capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, water), and L-leucine.

Does Not Contain: Corn
