How to Install Brother TN635XL Toner Cartridges
- Turn on your Brother printer and open the front cover.
- Pull out the toner cartridge and drum unit assembly.
- Remove the used toner cartridge from the drum unit.
- Unpack the new TN635XL toner cartridge and gently rock it side to side several times to distribute the toner evenly.
- Remove all protective covers and sealing materials.
- Insert the new toner cartridge firmly into the correct color slot until it clicks into place.
- Reinstall the cartridge and drum unit assembly into the printer.
- Close the front cover and print a test page.
If print density appears light, remove the cartridge, gently rock it side to side, reinstall it, and print another test page.
