The BLANCO DIAMOND 50/50 DOUBLE BOWL DUAL MOUNT KITCHEN SINK features a 50/50 bowl design, offering plenty of room for rinsing, washing, soaking, spraying and straining operations. The DIAMOND 50/50 can be installed as a drop-in or undermount sink. With an undermount installation, you can easily brush crumbs or wipe spills directly into the sink without dirt and grime building up around the rim. This kitchen sink is made of SILGRANIT, a patented, certified granite composite material engineered to take on the toughest kitchen tasks. Practical, logical, and comprehensive guide to starting and running an Airbnb
Format: Kindle
This is a great resource for anyone who wants to own and operate an Airbnb (short-term rental housing). The book is comprehensive. It starts with the basics and goes on and on, covering every conceivable issue, from startup basics to day-to-day operations, legal issues that might come up, how to hire a cleaning crew—even real estate issues many people might not be aware of. The only thing I found missing was instructions for how to deal with bedbugs, which are a growing problem throughout the world (and can wreak havoc on any rental property).
The book is well-organized, which makes it easy to read… perfect for anyone trying to learn the business from the ground up. It is well-researched, with many examples to show the reader how things work in the real world. There are a number of resources mentioned also: websites for additional information on how to compare rates, and so on.
The author is practical and pragmatic. He balances caution with enthusiasm (and vice versa). I recommend it to anyone who wants to gain additional income through Airbnb.
